My approach to coaching is highly customized as no two athletes are alike. I specialize in triathlon and endurance running, nutrition, time management and race-day fueling! We must meet (in many cases virtually must do), discuss your goals, and make a plan!
I consider coaching a partnership where what’s best for you is a joint determination between you and me. I provide daily workouts with performance guidelines (training with heart rate monitor and power meter), equipment counsel, rest and recovery plans, all-round support, and inspiration. I take both a short and long view to accommodate your near and long-term goals.
